Do you know who you're talking to? I mean, do you have any earthly idea?

Neither do I. *Sigh*

But in case you want to know, the name is Cory. Ced. Cedric. Teh Corsette. Pervy Hobbit. Make up a name for me, and I'll own it bitch. Ahem. Sorry. Anyways, I happen to be 18 years old, which means that I'm a Senior at High School. I'm a very independent person, so I cannot wait to go to college and explore my life and what it may hold for me. Deep, huh? ;)

Virginia is my home, even if I haven't lived here very long by usual standards. My father was in the Air Force for over 20 years (recently retired), and the only life I know just happens to be one of picking up and moving like an animal would after its food source is all gone. I'm glad I'm not an animal. I was born in Turkey, yes, you heard me right. But to be honest, I remember very little as I was still young when we moved back to the states. But after that, I've lived in Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, Florida, and I'm back living in Virginia - and I'll remain here to finish out high school.

I'm a Harry Potter fan. Just a small one, you know? A few midnight book releases, standing in line at the theater for the movie's opening days, a few repeated readings, and the Deputy Headmaster of Accio Firebolt. Just a small fan, you know? And I'm clearly not a huge supporter of Ron and Hermione, and I would never say that denying their relationship would be like denying the outright existance of TREES. And Harry/Luna, Severus/Narcissa, Draco/Cho, and the occasional slash? Pfft. I don't know what you're talking about.

Ask anyone who knows me, and they'll tell you I'm a movie buff. And now you know. Ranging from Hollywood to the independent projects, the world of film fascinates me. Good or bad. If you're ever wondering what movie's on mind at the current moment, you're welcome to take a peak at my review journal right here. Some of my favorite movies include A Christmas Story (All-Time Favorite), What Lies Beneath, The Others, Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Donnie Darko, The Ring, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. As you can see, I'm an avid fan of the ingenious Tim Burton and all his twisted quirkiness.

I know you want to know what else you have in common with me, I've been wanting to know what I have in common with myself too. Maybe you can help me out. I've become a big sports fan over the years, and though swimming is the only thing I find myself somewhat good at, I'm a big fan of baseball and football. Baseball being my obsession during the summer months, I'm a crazed Atlanta Braves fan. Have anything bad to say about them, and I'll kick you ass I mean hello how are you it's very nice outside today. And as for football, I'm a New England Patriot's fan, but don't lump me as a bandwaggon fan. *Nods* Asides from sports, I'm a huge music fan. Almost any genre, save country and rap, and I'll listen to it. Some of my favorite artists include Frou Frou, The Killers, Evanescence, Dido, and Sheryl Crow.

And to finish things off, because I really hope you have better things to do, some miscellaneous things about myself. For starters, I'm a Scorpio born on the cusp. So if I seem stubborn, cold, or distant from you... you can blame my parents for shackin' up in January. I was born in 1988, Year of the Dragon. Rawr! I'm left-handed, isn't that weird? Though I actively use both hands, so you could say that I'm ambidextrous. My personality type, so I'm told, is an ISTJ, or Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging. I'll leave you to figure out what that is. And according to another personality test, I have the same type mind as Tim Burton. Uh, could there be a bigger compliment? ... Didn't think so biotches.
